Quick answers to help you prepare for your day on the water — what to bring, what to expect, and how we make your Niagara fishing trip simple and enjoyable.

What should I bring on the trip?

Please bring weather-appropriate clothing, snacks and drinks, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a valid Ontario fishing license.

We’ll take care of the rest — all rods, tackle, bait, and required safety equipment are provided so you can simply show up ready to fish.

No experience needed. Our trips are welcoming for beginners, while still offering the techniques, strategy, and challenge that seasoned anglers appreciate.

Every trip is completely private. Your group has the boat to yourselves, along with dedicated, one-on-one guidance from Captain John from start to finish.

Yes — we fish year-round, focusing on peak seasonal windows when the bite is strongest and conditions line up best.

What species can we target?

Depending on the season, we target bass, walleye, catfish, brown trout, and other active species throughout Niagara’s rivers and waterways.

Absolutely. We welcome families and create safe, engaging experiences suitable for children, beginners, and experienced anglers alike.

Trip durations typically range from 5 to 6 hours, depending on the package selected and species targeted.

Where we meet depends on the season and what we’re chasing. You’ll see the exact departure spot before booking, and it’s usually just a 20–45 minute drive from Niagara Falls.

What if I need to Cancel my trip?

We know things can come up, so we keep our cancellation policy simple and fair:

7+ Days Before Your Trip
Full refund, including your deposit.

2–6 Days Before Your Trip
The $100 deposit is non-refundable. No remaining balance will be charged.

Within 48 Hours or No-Show or Failure to Obtain a Fishing License (if required)
The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.

Weather or Operator Cancellation
If we cancel due to weather or safety, you’ll receive a full refund or can reschedule at no extra cost.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, e-transfer, and cash. Cash is appreciated, as it helps avoid additional processing fees.

 
 

Yes — all rods, reels, bait, and tackle are provided. Please bring your own snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, personal items, and a valid fishing license.

 
 

In Ontario, most anglers ages 18–64 must have a valid fishing licence. We can’t leave the dock without one.
